Run the alpha locally
Use the same commands that the release gate runs. The dashboard and website smoke checks use real browser verification.

These checks are intentionally visible on the public docs page so users know what the alpha release proves and what remains their responsibility in private deployments.
Every supported language has the same document set. Community PRs can improve translation quality without changing the release surface.
